By calling the 24-hour Kids Direct Hotline at (800) 433-2858, local and regional physicians can be connected to our pediatric inpatient and critical care services. Calls to Kids Direct Hotline are answered 24/7 by ER staff and directed to one of our pediatric intensivists. The intensivist will answer questions and, if necessary, discuss triage as well as assist in coordinating transportation of the pediatric patient.
