As a new graduate nurse, you will have the opportunity to join
other graduate nurses in a program that will help you to learn
and grow as a professional. The program builds on your
undergraduate education and clinical competencies. The
nurse residency program has monthly learning sessions that will
last 12 months with a wide variety of topics that will be presented
in an interactive and reflective manner. You will also
have a clinical coach partnered with you during this time. The
clinical coach is an experienced nurse that will act as a teacher,
guide, and role model after your initial orientation time is
