Pregnant women have many questions -- answering
questions and providing reassurance during your pregnancy are our
Personal Nurse Program's goals. Once you have indicated you want
to deliver your baby at St. Vincent Hospital, a personal nurse will
contact you. She will offer help registering you for classes, suggest
reading or video materials and answer your questions about labor

or other special care concerns to meet with physician specialists
at the hospital. A genetics counselor also is available to help
women who are concerned about how their medical history might
affect their potential to become pregnant or, if they do become
pregnant, how it may affect their fetus.
