Update Application Online: Instructions to Candidates

For applicants who have previously submitted a full online application with in the past 12 months

Dear Applicant:

We are pleased that you are continuing to consider St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center, St. Vincent Hospital, and/ St. Nicholas Hospital in your employment search. In an effort to assist you in making the update of application process as easy as possible, please read the following information before completing your update of application.

St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center, St. Vincent Hospital, and/ St. Nicholas Hospital accept applications and resumes for open positions which are posted on the hospital websites.

Applications are retained for one year from date of submission. If you see another position that interests you, simply update your application online by clicking on the "Continue" button below. Updates of application do not extend the active date of the initial online application. Therefore, once the initial application has reached the one year threshold, the application will no longer be active and you will need to submit a new application for future openings.

An electronic acknowledgement will be displayed on your screen and a confirmation email will be sent (if an email address is provided), once we have received your update of application. If you are to be interviewed for any current openings, you will be contacted by telephone.
