HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital in Green Bay, Wis. is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Thomas Huffer as Executive Medical Director.

In honor of National Volunteer Week, April 15 – 21, HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay recognize the hard work, dedication and compassion of their volunteers.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS)-Eastern Wisconsin Division is pleased to announce Paula Bake, BSN, RN, who works in the Emergency Department at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls, as the 2017 Nurse of the Year.

The Auxiliary of HSHS St. Vincent Hospital is pleased to present Hats Off on Wednesday, May 2 at the Swan Club in De Pere. Tickets are now available for this popular event, which will feature a breakfast, silent auction, raffle and special tribute to local cancer survivors. 

Visitor restrictions at Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) - Eastern Wisconsin Division hospitals that were issued as a response to an increase of flu activity in the region have now been lifted.

Sleep problems are a commonly reported side effect of cancer treatment in patients. In its efforts to continue to improve the quality of life of local cancer patients, HSHS St. Vincent Cancer Research Institute is offering a clinical trial that tests three possible treatments for insomnia among cancer survivors.

HSHS St. Vincent Cancer Research Institute is the proud recipient of a $40,490 grant from St. Baldrick’s Foundation to help patients in Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula fight childhood cancer.
